I got this helpful workaround on the HP Support Forums posted by HP7510_User. Once you've selected this printer, click 'Properties' and in the 'Paper/Quality' tab, there's a dropdown of various paper sizes as well as a button that says 'Custom'. Now you can print custom sizes by going into your application (e.g., Microsoft Word) and selecting 'Print', and then choosing HP DeskJet 9800 as your printer. Make sure to uncheck the box when it asks you if you want to make it the default printer. It should say 'Install a printer driver' and present a list of manufacturers on the left and models on the right. Wait for Windows to find your printer on the network and select it, then click Next.Ĥ. Select 'Add a network, wireless or Bluetooth printer.'ģ. Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers and Add a Printer.Ģ. Please follow the steps for adding the Deskjet Driver 9800:ġ. Although the custom paper sizes are not supported on the Photosmart 7525, there is a workaround.
